The staff was very courteous. The location is great and comfy, just a short walk to downtown Charlevoix/Petoskey and the center. They offer a good choice of breakfast options like toast, cereals, muffins, cookies, and hot waffles.

Location: the hotel was close enough to petoskey from now on. I really enjoyed extremely spacious and spotless rooms with shower, the bedside table, and excellent staff...

This place is located in a peaceful area on the edge of town, and the breakfast here offers a fantastic selection of items.

The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. We had stayed there last year and enjoyed it and now we call it our Charlevoix home.

There could be a coffeemaker in the room.

Upon our arrival, the room designated for Mobility Access with a shower 🚿 and a bedside table was already prepared for us.

The location here was calm and perfect, and the room was great with a super comfortable bed.

Its location is quiet, just off Charlevoix and Boyne City, Petoskey and Harbor Springs and downtown, really comfortable area. The breakfast choices are fantastic. They care about guests, offer great service and shuttle to the ferry dock.

Our stay was an absolutely amazing experience. They provided a great selection of good choices for breakfast that was included. The room was spotless with the bedside table and shower, for example, good service. The place had a family atmosphere. The staff were responsive and the location was marvelous with local attractions available.
